- 4.具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。
- 岗位职责：
- 项目工程师（土建）主要岗位职责参与公司各建设项目的建筑工程的规划、实施与交付工作，统筹土建专业的技术、质量、进度及现场管理，确保项目符合设计要求、规范标准及合同目标的一系列活动。
- 1.设计会审与技术交底，包括组织或参与土建施工设计文件的内部会审，结合现场条件、规范要求及施工可行性，提出优化建议；协调设计方、施工方案、监理、勘察、检测等进行土建专业设计交底，明确关键节点的技术要求。
- 2.施工方案审核和技术支持，包括审核承包商提交的土建专项施工方案，以及必要组织专家论证和施工难点分析和提供技术解决方案。
- 3.项目执行过程的管理和质量控制，包括现场进度与计划管控、质量监督和验收管理、材料取样和检测等。
- 4.项目土建工程的成本控制和执行情况分析和审核变更情况。对接施工相关方和配合政府监督部门的监督、检测和监督。
- 5.落实SHE管理要求和土建工程的资料审查和审核。
