Aufgabenbereich

  • Betreuung und Ausbildung der Auszubildenden an konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Ausbildungsinhalten, Schulungen und Unterweisungen
  • Vermittlung von Fachwissen und praktischen Fertigkeiten
  • Erstellung von Ausbildungs- und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Beurteilung der Auszubildenden sowie Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung auf Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen
  • Planung und Betreuung von Praktika
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausbildungsmarketingmaßnahmen (z. B. Schulbesuche und Ausbildungsmessen)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Voraussetzungen

  • Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • AEVO-Prüfung oder Meistertitel
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Anleitung und Entwicklung von Auszubildenden
  • Kenntnisse in Mazak-, Fanuc- und Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Pneumatik/E-Pneumatik
  • CAD- und gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, Lerninhalte praxisnah und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Freude daran, Auszubildende fachlich und persönlich zu entwickeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation gegenüber unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen (Auszubildende, Fachabteilungen, Personalabteilung)
  • Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
