Das erwartet Dich:

In der Ausbildung als Baugeräteführer:in ab 01.09.2027 an unserem Standort Philippsthal:

lernst Du verschiedene Baumaschinen, z.B. Bagger, Raupe, verschiedene Ladefahrzeuge, kennen und wirst Experte darin, mit den großen Maschinen genaue Arbeiten auszuführen.

bist Du bereits direkt vor Ort auf unseren Halden, bzw. in der Verladung eingesetzt und lernst, wie Du unsere speziellen Baumaschinen einsatzbereit machst, sie bedienst und Deine Baustelle ordnungsgemäß absicherst.

lernst Du, wie Du kleinere Reparaturen an den Maschinen selbst durchführen kannst und sie für verschiedene Einsätze umrüstest. Dafür absolvierst Du während Deiner Ausbildung verschiedene Module, z.B. in der Schweißtechnik.

wechselst Du zwischen Deiner praktischen Ausbildung auf unserer Halde, bzw. in der Verladung und der Berufsschule, sowie dem Bildungszentrum in Bebra.

Das bringst Du mit:

einen guten Hauptschulabschluss, Realschulabschluss oder ein (Fach-) Abitur

technisches Verständnis und eine große Portion Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Geschicklichkeit und Konzentrationsfähigkeit

Begeisterung für große Baumaschinen
