Your Responsibilities
Was erwartet dich in deiner Ausbildung?
Grundlagen : Du erlernst in deiner Ausbildung Grundlagen der Werkstoffkunde, Metallographie, zerstörungsfreier Werkstoffprüfung, Produktion und Metallbearbeitung mit Schwerpunkt Stahl.
Theorie : Du erlernst die Struktur und Eigenschaften der Metalle, Grundlagen der Legierungskunde, Wärmebehandlung von Eisenwerkstoffen, Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen und Nichteisenmetalle sowie die physikalischen Grundlagen der Werkstoffprüfverfahren.
Praxis : Du durchläufst während deiner Ausbildung verschiedene Abteilungen der Forschung und Entwicklung sowie der Qualitätssicherung. Währenddessen ermittelst du die Eigenschaften des Verpackungsstahls durch mikroskopische Untersuchungen, Zugversuche, Härteprüfungen, Rauheitsmessungen, Walz- und Glühversuche.
Weitere Ausbildungsinhalte : In deiner Ausbildung lernst du Herstellungsverfahren wie Schmieden, Gießen, Zerspanen und im speziellen bei thyssenkrupp Rasselstein Walzen, Glühen und Dressieren kennen und zu unterscheiden.
Ausbildungsdauer : 3,5 Jahre

Mittlere Reife oder höherwertiger Schulabschluss
Spaß an Naturwissenschaften, insbesondere Physik
Präzision und Sorgfalt sowie ein analytisches Denkvermögen
