Support the configuration and performance of MRP processes for maintenance materials and spare parts to ensure availability and inventory optimization.
Supervise contractor performance through KPI monitoring, contractor evaluations, periodic reviews, and compliance verification with Coca-Cola safety standards and permit-to-work procedures.
Verify contractor adherence to critical safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work, and work-at-heights requirements before maintenance activities begin.
Manage maintenance service contracts, ensuring timely renewals, service level agreement compliance, and coordination with Procurement and Legal teams on contract updates and administration.
Monitor maintenance service expenses against budget expectations, analyze cost variances, identify optimization opportunities, and support annual maintenance budgeting activities.
Participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment failures, reviewing maintenance history, supporting Root Cause Analysis, and helping implement preventive and predictive maintenance actions.
Collaborate in the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies using monitoring systems, sensors, and maintenance data analysis to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
