What You'll Do:

Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and create accurate service estimates.

Monitor vehicle progress, communicate updates to customers, and ensure timely completion.

Oversee technicians, track job progress, and manage parts ordering.

Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.

Contribute to the profitability of the shop through sales and promotions.

Maintain a professional image and a clean, organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
