Qualifications:

• •5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred
• •2 years of sales experience preferred
• •High school diploma or higher education
• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• •Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• •Have strong customer service skills
• •Excellent leadership skills
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong work ethic focused on the Service business and personal growth
• •Work with all departments to include Service and deliver a great customer experience
