Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in New York, NY.

Your role

• •Split time between on site and office/remote.
• •Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
• •Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.
• •Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
• •Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
• •Manage project files and internal reporting programs.

About you

• •Bachelor's degree required.
• •Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
• •Knowledge of project management programs. PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.
• •Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $104,000- $173,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
