Enterprise Enabling Functions Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of multi-cloud networking and identity services across the enterprise
  • Ensures the seamless integration, security, and scalability of cloud platforms, with a particular emphasis on networking architectures and robust identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud enablement strategy with a focus on networking and identity services that align with business goals and security compliance requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers, developers, and architects specializing in networking and identity
  • Oversee design, deployment, and management of secure, high-performance multi-cloud networking solutions, including software defined networking, hybrid connectivity, network segmentation, and inter-cloud routing
  • Lead the architecture and engineering of cloud identity, including SSO, MFA, role-based access control, and lifecycle management for users, applications, and services
  • Scope and deliver portfolios of work adhering to TD's Agile framework
  • Stay current on emerging cloud technologies, network, and identity trends to recommend and implement enhancements.

Skills, Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with experience managing cloud engineering teams
  • Expertise in cloud networking architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficient knowledge in IAM technologies (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.)
  • Proficient knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), and cloud security practices
  • Proven leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
