  • This fully remote role supports the reliable day-to-day operation of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for a customer with enterprise technology needs.
  • You’ll monitor cloud services, respond to incidents, implement approved changes, and help maintain secure and dependable IT operations.
  • The position spans identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, governance, monitoring, and other cloud platform services.
  • You’ll investigate technical issues across identity, network, endpoint, and application layers while working within established service processes.
  • The role also contributes to documentation, runbooks, dashboards, knowledge resources, and continuous operational improvement.
  • You’ll collaborate with project and engineering teams during service transitions and early-life support activities.
  • This is an opportunity to grow your cloud operations expertise while contributing to mission-driven technology projects in a collaborative environment.
