  • Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)

Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Strukturierte Bearbeitung definierter Aufgaben/Vorgänge, welche von den Beratern weitergeleitet werden
  • Strukturierte Bearbeitung von Onlinebanking-Nachrichten und GVM-Hinweisen für Kunden aus dem Segment Privatkunden im Vertretungsfall für die Service-Mitarbeiter/Floormanager:
  • Mitarbeit im Projekt Digitalisierung und Online-Kundenberatung
  • Serviceorientierte Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs für alle Kunden
  • Allgemeine Signalerkennung und -weiterleitung an die zuständigen Betreuer oder Abteilungen
  • Aktive anlassbezogene Kundenansprache u. a. im Rahmen von Vertriebskampagnen und bei Signalerkennung
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) gerne aber auch andere Kaufmännische Ausbildungsberufe
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Vertriebsorientierung und ggf. Vertriebserfahrung
  • Hohe Dienstleistungskultur
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur digitalen Arbeit
