Bar Back

Job Responsibilities

• •Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• •Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• •Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
• •Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• •Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• •Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• •Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• •Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• •Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
