Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining and stocking bars in accordance with department procedures and standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to:

• •Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions
• •Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware
• •Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• •Must be able to follow written directions
• •Must be able to fill stock orders

Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• •Good written and verbal communication skills
• •Knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures
• •Basic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and glassware
• •Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines
• •Working knowledge of the property and gaming floor

Training Requirements:

• •Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
• •SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• •Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time
• •Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
