Job Title: Barback

• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a proactive and energetic Barback to support our bartending team. The Barback will assist in maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar area to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:
• - Stock and restock bar supplies, including bottles, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• - Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks as needed.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
• - Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies that need reordering.
• - Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• - Support in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
• - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• - Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and answering questions when necessary.
• - Handle waste disposal and ensure a tidy work environment.

• Qualifications:
• - Previous experience in a barback, barista, or similar role preferred but not required.
• - Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• - Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• - Knowledge of basic alcohol and beverage service is a plus.
• - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).

• Working Conditions:
• - This position requires standing for long periods and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• - Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
