We're looking for enthusiastic Bar Backs who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to build a career in hospitality. Working alongside our bar team, you'll help create exceptional experiences for members and guests while learning the foundations of world-class bar service.

What you'll do

Support bartenders by preparing mise en place and keeping the bar fully stocked

Polish glassware and maintain high presentation standards throughout service

Assist with opening, closing, and general bar operations

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment

Support private events and other operational areas when required

Your schedule

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Minimum availability of 3-4 days per week

A mix of evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Flexibility during busy periods and special events

What we're looking for

Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential

Positive attitude and genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic

Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment

Right to work in the Netherlands
