Job Description

What You Will Do:

• •Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
• •Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
• •Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
• •Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
• •Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant

What We Are Looking For:

• •Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred
• •Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
• •Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome
