$17.80 - $21.51 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: Shifts will be scheduled between 6a-7p, 28 hours/week. Includes a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

• •Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
• •Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• •Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
• •Stock and replenish food, beverage, and retail items
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• •Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines
• •Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• •Ability to lift, carry, stock, push, and pull supplies and equipment
• •Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• •1-2 years Barista experience or equivalent
• •Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
