Barista Responsibilities:

• •Greeting customers with a smile and engaging with them.
• •Receiving customer orders and servicing them to the best of your ability.
• •Creating enthusiasm for quality coffee.
• •Approaching the serving of coffee as an art form to be continually developed and only served if you are proud of it.
• •Handling transactions including cash.
• •Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
• •Contributing to a positive team environment.
• •Following all policies and procedures of Parisi Artisan Coffee.
• •Participating in continual training.
• •Treating customers, team members, and others with utmost kindness and respect.
• •Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Barista Qualifications:

• •Friendly and engaging personality/demeanor.
• •Punctuality and reliability.
• •Passion for coffee.
• •Willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly.
• •Commitment to excellence.
• •Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• •Standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, and extensive use of hand dexterity.
• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Successful completion of criminal background check required post-offer . EOE

Job Types: Part-time and full time (Please be prepared to provide your hours, time and days per week for regular shift scheduling

Pay: A competitive hourly rate + tips will be paid for this position averaging $17-20 dollars per hour
