Deine Aufgaben:

Als Barchef führst Du eine mehrköpfige Crew in deiner Schicht und unterstützt, soweit dies erforderlich ist, deine Kollegen an der Bar. Deine Verantwortungen umfassen, in deiner Schicht, insbesondere:

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich den Barbereich und stellst den effizienten und reibungslosen Ablauf an der Bar sicher
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste an der Bar und unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Du unterstützt die Restaurantleitung bei Ihren administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Dienstplangestaltung, der Warenbestellung, der Inventur und der Durchführung der Kassenabrechnung
  • Verantwortungsvoller, sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Getränken und Arbeitsmitteln

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Hotelfach / Restaurantfach ODER mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten & Freude an der Arbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicheres Auftreten
