** Du überwachst die Einhaltung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards, entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Bar Manager neue Cocktailkreationen und bringst innovative Ideen ein.

Bestellwesen & Lagerverwaltung - Immer bestens ausgestattet

** Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Warenbestellung, Kontrolle und Verwaltung der Lagerbestände und sorgst für eine effiziente Kostenkontrolle.

Service am Gast - Vorbild auf der Fläche

** Du begrüßt Gäste herzlich, berätst bei der Getränkeauswahl und bist auch selbst aktiv hinter der Bar, um ein perfektes Gästeerlebnis zu schaffen.

  • Was du mitbringst:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Bar, idealerweise bereits in leitender Funktion
  • Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Organisationstalent und Führungsstärke
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Mixen klassischer und moderner Cocktails
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
