Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for creating high-quality beverages and delivering an engaging and welcoming bar experience. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction by combining product knowledge, creativity, and excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• •Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards.
• •Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive bar experience.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
• •Ensure proper handling, storage, and stock control of bar supplies.
• •Recommend beverages, promote specials, and upsell where appropriate.
• •Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• •Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• •Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly in line with alcohol service policies.
• •Support bar setup for events and special functions.

• •Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service techniques.
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• •Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• •Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Accommodation & Benefits: The company provides accommodation in a shared apartment, daily transportation between the accommodation and the hotel, and two meals per day on working days. Additionally, the company covers round-trip flight tickets from the candidate's home country, including airport transfers upon arrival (airport to hotel) and departure at the end of the contract (hotel to airport)
