Compensation:

In Denver, the base wage for tipped employees in 2025 is $15.79 per hour . This position pools tips with all front-of-the-house team members.

With tip pool distribution, the average hourly earnings for this role range from $28.00 – $35.00 per hour .

Compensation Disclaimer: Tip pool distribution is based on hours worked, role, and total tips earned each day. Actual earnings may vary outside of the listed range.
