Description

Do you love great BBQ, cold drinks, and even better vibes? RibCrib in Stillwater is looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team!

What You'll Do:

Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy

Provide friendly, attentive service that keeps guests coming back

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Oklahoma ABLE laws

Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Prior bartending or bar service experience preferred

ABLE/TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Must be 21+ per Oklahoma state law
