As a Bartender at Tio Taco + Tequila, you are the heartbeat of the bar experience. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals with a passion for people, mixology, and creating memorable moments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know your way around a cocktail shaker, we want you on our team!

Requirements

• •Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
• •Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests.
• •Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
• •Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• •Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently.
• •Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• •Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions.
• •Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• •Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.
• •Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment.
• •Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts.
• •Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• •Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.
• •Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).
• •Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.
• •Reliable transportation required.
• •Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
