Shift:

2:30PM to 11:00PM

Tuesday through Saturday

  • This role is based in our dynamic Stafford Springs, CT facility, where we focus on innovative solutions and flawless operations in maintenance.

  • A day in the Life:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on facilities systems and production equipment

Operate, maintain, and improve the site's industrial wastewater treatment system

  • Keys to Success:
  • Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education
  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Experience
  • 2+ years in a mechanical role
  • Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
  • Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification

Ability to wear an air purifying respirator

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
