Your Responsibilities

Du übernimmst die Arbeiten zur Abwicklung von Kleinbaustellen für Reparaturen an Gebäuden und Infrastruktur innen und außen sowie an Kanalbauwerken und die Arbeiten zu deren Instandhaltung, Wartung, Prüfung und Pflege einschl. der Material- und Gerätedisposition

Du unterstützt deine Kollegen anderer Fachbereiche innerhalb der Baubetriebe

Du begleitest beauftragte Partnerfirmen bei deren Leistungserbringung und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher

Du trägst zum Aufrechterhalten der Sicherheit von Verkehrswegen, Plätzen und Wegen bei durch Sicherungsmaßnahmen bei z.B. Schäden, Starkregenereignissen oder im Winterdienst

Die Beseitigung von Schwachstellen, Störungen und Mängeln gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

Your Profile

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maurer:in oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss

Du hast ggf. bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in dem Gebiet sammeln

Arbeiten in der Höhe oder am Wochenende bereiten dir keine Umstände

Du zeichnest dich durch Selbstständigkeit, Engagement, Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit aus

Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein

Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität rundet dein Profil ab
