Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung suchen wir einen Baukalkulator (m/w/d) für das Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Profitieren Sie von unserem direkten Kontakt zu Entscheidungsträgern in Top-Unternehmen.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und -berechnungen für Bauprojekte im Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und eigenständige Ermittlung der erforderlichen Mengen
  • Kalkulation von Material- und Personalkosten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Kostenentwicklungen während des Projektablaufs
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen zur Kostenminimierung
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation von Rohbau- und Schlüsselfertigbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Baunormen und -vorschriften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck
