Wir suchen für einen namenhaften Kunden mehrere Bauleiter (m/w/d) zur Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Objektüberwachung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen in der Leistungsphase 8 der HOAI
  • Qualitätssicherung oder Zustandsbewertung bei tech­ni­schen Due Diligence oder Monitoringaufgaben
  • Kostenermittlungen und Controlling
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verhandlung der Vertragsunterlagen
  • Koordination und Überwachung des Bauablaufes
  • Aufmaß-, Rapport-, Rechnungs-, Nachtragsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
  • vorausschauende Terminplanung und -überwachung
  • Koordination und Kommunikation
  • Dokumentation und Protokollierung
  • In­be­trieb­nahmema­nage­ment für technisches Monitoring

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Studienabschluss im Bereich Ge­bäu­de­technik, Elek­tro­tech­nik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss als Techniker, Meister
  • mindestens fünf Jahre Be­rufs­er­fah­rung in der Objektüberwachung von Neubauten und/oder in der Sanierung
  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Projekt­management und in der VOB B/C
  • gute Kenntnisse in Office-Programmen sowie Erfahrung mit Aus­schrei­bungssoftware und Projektdatenräumen
  • hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Motivation, Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreude
  • vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
