Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird im Zuge neuer Großprojekte ein Bauleiter (m/w/d) Rohbau in Festanstellung gesucht.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Überwachung von Rohbauprojekten im Hochbau
  • -Koordination und Führung der Nachunternehmer sowie des Baustellenpersonals
  • -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten
  • -Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten
  • -Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichtswesen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Rohbau
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, Bauabläufen und Baustellenorganisation
  • -Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und bauspezifischer Software
