Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Bauleitung und Steuerung von ELT-Leistungen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung
  • Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Fachplanern, Behörden und internen Projektbeteiligten
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Ausführungsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen, Inbetriebnahmen und der Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik
  • Techniker/Meister der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise als Fachbauleiter TGA im Hochbau oder als Projektleiter in einem Ingenieurbüro
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik
  • Kenntnisse der Planungs- und Bauprozesse von Gebäuden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Vorschriften (VOB, HOAI)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der EDV
