  • Erstellung von Genehmigungsplanungen und Bauantragsunterlagen
  • Erstellung von 3-D-Ausführungsplanungen schlüsselfertiger Gewerbeobjekte nach der BIM-Methode
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Klärung mit Architekten, Projektleitern und anderen fachlich Beteiligten (TGA, Statik und Brandschutz)

# Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner/-in (Fachrichtung Hochbau)
  • CAD-Anwenderkenntnisse idealerweise in Revit oder AutoCAD
  • Selbstständige, projekt- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
