Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Bauzeichner/innen (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

  • Mögliche Arbeitsorte:
  • Chorin | Schwedt | Burow | Pasewalk

Homeoffice ist nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wohnungs- und Gebäudeaufmaßen
  • Erstellung von Bestandsgrundrissen
  • Berechnung von Wohnflächen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Anträgen auf Abgeschlossenheit
  • Aufbereitung und Pflege von Bestandsunterlagen und Zeichnungen

Die Aufmaßtermine finden überwiegend in folgenden Regionen statt:

Barnim · Uckermark · Mecklenburgische Seenplatte

Für die notwendigen Aufmaßfahrten stellen wir ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung.

### Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Bauzeichner/in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen CAD-/BIM-Programm, z. B. Allplan, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD oder Revit (von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung)
  • Erfahrung mit Bestandszeichnungen, Aufmaßen und/oder Wohnflächenberechnungen ist von Vorteil
  • Gutes räumliches und technisches Verständnis
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Du musst nicht alle genannten Programme beherrschen. Wenn du bereits sicher mit einem CAD-Programm arbeitest, kannst du dich auch in unsere verwendete Software einarbeiten.
