Wir suchen einen engagierten Betonfertigteilbauer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bad Lausick, Deutschland. Wir bieten Ihnen ein attraktives Gehalt ab 18,75€/Std sowie ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld.

### Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Betonfertigteilen gemäß technischen Vorgaben
  • Bedienung und Wartung von Maschinen zur Herstellung von Betonprodukten
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Produkte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften

### Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Betonfertigteilen ist von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag nach GVP Tarifvertrag
  • Stundenlohn ab 18,75 €/h brutto + Leistungszulage je nach Qualifikation
