  • Bearbeitung und Erstellung der jährlichen Betriebskostenabrechnungen für Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Durchführung von Plausibilitätskontrollen
  • Abstimmung der Betriebskostenkonten
  • Kommunikation und Datenübermittlung mit/an Versorgungsunternehmen und Abrechnungsdienste
