  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB
  • Konzerncontrolling inkl. Reports, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Analysen
  • Steuerung der konzerninternen Leistungsverrechnung und Förderabwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Finanzierungspartnern
  • Berichterstattung an Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsrat
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (UGB), Controlling und Bilanzierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und Erfahrung mit Microsoft O365 von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Leadership-Mindset
  • Unser Angebot
