Die Finanzabteilung hat eine zentrale Rolle im Unternehmen und unterstützt aktiv strategische Entscheidungen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • -Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bilanzierungsrichtlinien
  • -Analyse und Optimierung von Buchhaltungs- und Finanzprozessen
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern und Beratern
  • -Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen für das Management
  • -Betreuung der internen und externen Partner bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen
  • -Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Implementierung neuer Standards oder Systeme

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder ähnliches
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
  • -Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 70.000 und 75.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Dauerhafte Festanstellung
