Was sich unser Kunde von Ihnen wünscht:

  • kfm. Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder
  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling / Steuern
  • Buchhaltungserfahrung nach HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • Deutschkenntnisse min. C1-Niveau
  • Führerschein und PKW von Vorteil

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung in den Bereichen Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB)
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Zahlungsverkehr, Bankbuchungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung und digitale Belegverarbeitung
  • Pflege der offenen Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Budgetplanung und Reportings
  • Projekt Digitalisierung
