Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Überwachung der Buchhaltungsprozesse (Hauptbuch, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • Durchführung der Liquiditätsplanung sowie Überwachung der Zahlungsströme
  • Abstimmung und Klärung von Bilanz- und GuV-Konten
  • Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken und Behörden
  • Verwaltung von Kapitalkonten sowie Begleitung von Ein- und Austritten von Gesellschaftern
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei finanzwirtschaftlichen Projekten sowie Prozessverbesserungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und Finanzbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamorientierung
