am Standort Nassau/Bad Ems (in Abhängigkeit der Belegung) in Teilzeit  (18-23,4h/Woche), 2 Jahre mit Möglichkeit der Entfristung

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Begleitung und Qualifizierung der Teilnehmer im Eingangsverfahren und Berufsbildungsbereich an ihren Arbeitsplätzen
  • Gemeinsame Entwicklung von tragfähigen beruflichen Perspektiven innerhalb und außerhalb der Werkstätten
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung der individuellen Betreuungsplanung
  • Planung und Dokumentation der Rehaleistungen in P&D
  • Kooperation mit internen und externen Kooperationspartnern im Rahmen der beruflichen Bildungs- und Rehamaßnahmen
  • Planung und Durchführung von fachpraktischen und fachtheoretischen Unterweisungen und Schulungen

### Was Du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung (z.B. Erzieher, Ergotherapeut, Sozialpädagoge, geprüfte Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Berufsförderung gFAB)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, sowie Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
