Wir suchen im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für unseren Kunden in Schweinfurt Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung

Das erwartet Sie im Einsatzunternehmen:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontrollieren, Kontieren und Buchen von allen anfallenden Belegen sowie anschließende Ablage
  • Erstellen der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Führen des Kassenbuchs und der Bar-Kasse
  • Erstellen der jährlichen Zinsbescheinigungen für bei Mercator-Leasing hinterlegten Kautionen
  • Prüfen von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Meldungen an das Zentralfinanzamt wie ZM Meldung oder Kapitalertragsteuer
  • Zuarbeit bei Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten wie z.B. Ermitteln von Wertberichtigungen oder
  • Aufbereitung von Aufwandskonten
  • Vornehmen von notwendigen Abstimmungsarbeiten, wie z.B. Transferkonten, Forfaitierungskonten,
  • Provisionen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke
  • Zahlenaffinität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Sicheres Arbeiten mit MS Office
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit
