What You'll Do

• •Welcome and check in pediatric patients and their families
• •Verify insurance eligibility and collect required documentation
• •Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations
• •Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
• •Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• •Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
• •Maintain accurate patient demographics and electronic medical records
• •Obtain required authorizations and complete registration paperwork
• •Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for every family

What We're Looking For

• •Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist experience preferred
• •Pediatric or urgent care experience required
• •Bilingual English/Spanish Required
• •Experience verifying insurance and collecting patient payments
• •Strong customer service and communication skills
• •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• •Experience with EMR systems required (athenaOne experience a plus)
• •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation Range $22ph-$24ph

The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
