Role : Bilingual Sales Specialist

Job Summary : Driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, expanding market share, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• •Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
• •Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers
• •Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
• •Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
• •Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
• •Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules

Qualifications

• •Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
• •College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• •Authorized to work in Canada
• •Ability to travel

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
