JOB DESCRPITION

As the Warranty Services Representative, you will be responsible for responding to consumers regarding roofing warranties and processing claims.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL;

• •Respond to all consumer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• •Process all documents within the company’s standard Service Levels
• •Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
• •Process claims within the company’s claims management system
• •Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
• •Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
• •Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• •Some experience in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• •Dispute resolution skills
