Position Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• •Lead, develop, and monitor all phases of the program/projects from feasibility, planning, execution, and closure aligned to SOPs and PMO business processes.
• •Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• •Lead extended cross-functional operations team to ensure on-time and on-budget performance.
• •Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• •Manage projects end-to-end, including manufacturing facility setup, line qualification, and technology product transfer implementation.
• •Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• •Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• •Bachelor’s degree required in technical fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• •Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including 3+ years in managerial roles, preferably within medical devices or other regulated industries.
• •Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt and PMP certification preferred.
• •Able to travel for extended period (air and ground, domestic and international).
• •Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Malay to effectively communicate with stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the United States.
