Description
Are you passionate about the beverage industry, building strong relationships, and bringing brands to life? Frank Liquor Company is looking for a motivated and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of our supplier portfolio!
In this role, you'll serve as the primary connection between our supplier partners, sales teams, and retail customers. You'll develop brand strategies, identify new business opportunities, execute promotional programs, and collaborate with teams across the organization to expand product distribution and strengthen brand presence throughout our territory.
What You'll Do
- Build Supplier Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, developing strong relationships and maintaining regular communication regarding brand goals, programs, and business opportunities.
- Drive Brand Growth: Develop and execute supplier brand strategies, promotional programs, and go-to-market initiatives that support sales objectives and expand brand awareness.
- Expand Distribution: Partner with sales managers and representatives to identify opportunities, increase product distribution, and strengthen brand presence throughout the Frank Liquor Company territory.
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with sales leadership to establish priorities, communicate brand programs, and provide ongoing portfolio training and development to the sales team.
- Manage Pricing & Profitability: Develop promotional pricing strategies, evaluate retail pricing, forecast sales, and monitor profitability to support both company and retail partner objectives.
- Strengthen Retail Relationships: Build relationships with key retailers and internal stakeholders to support brand execution, identify opportunities, and deliver successful programs.
- Oversee Brand Execution: Monitor brand standards, promotional activities, inventory levels, and retail execution to ensure alignment with supplier and company objectives.
- Analyze & Plan: Develop and track supplier and internal sales budgets, evaluate performance trends, and use data to make informed business decisions.
- Bring Brands to Life: Coordinate promotional materials, lead brand presentations, and conduct product trainings and tastings for sales teams and retail partners.
- Stay Ahead of the Portfolio: Maintain expert knowledge of assigned brands, product offerings, upcoming promotions, supplier guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Support Business Initiatives: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, assist with special projects, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
What We're Looking For

- Adaptability, sound judgment, and confidence navigating changing priorities and challenging conversations.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, promotional execution, and business operations.
- Proficiency with industry-related software and reporting tools; experience with eoStar is preferred.
- Knowledge of the beverage industry, supplier marketing guidelines, and applicable alcohol distribution regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Three years of on- or off-premise experience and previous beverage industry sales experience preferred.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
- Previous brand management and/or leadership experience preferred.
- Industry-related professional certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary liquor salesperson permit.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays for business meetings and related activities.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
