Im Brauhaus Hartmannsdorf wird Braukunst noch mit Leidenschaft, Erfahrung und viel Handarbeit gelebt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Brauer und Mälzer (m/w/d), der traditionelle Brauverfahren schätzt und mit Herzblut hochwertige Bierspezialitäten herstellt.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung und Überwachung der Brauprozesse
  • Herstellung unserer Biere nach traditionellen Rezepturen
  • Kontrolle der Produktqualität während aller Produktionsschritte
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Brauereieinrichtungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Bierspezialitäten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Brauer und Mälzer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Begeisterung für handwerkliches Brauen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
