Wir sind eine regionale Familienbrauerei im Herzen des Bayerischen Waldes und haben uns mit unserer Spezialität Dampfbier über den Landkreis hinaus einen Namen gemacht.

Wenn Sie Interesse haben, in einem kleinen Team zu arbeiten und im Bier kein Industrieprodukt sondern wie wir Brauen und eine Brauerei als Handwerk und Leidenschaft verstehen, freuen wir uns über Ihre Bewerbung.

Sie unterstützen unseren Braumeister bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten im Sudhaus, im Gärkeller und Lagerkeller, bei der Filtration und der Flaschen- und Fassabfüllung

Idealerweise bringen Sie folgendes Profil mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Brauer & Mälzer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Getränke- oder Lebensmittelherstellung
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Freude am Brauerhandwerk

Wir bieten neben dem Festgehalt eine monatliche Provision, einen 50 € Gutschein (z.B. Tankgutschein, Fitness Center und Lebensmittelmarkt) und den in der Brauerei gesetzlich geregelten steuerfreien Haustrunk (70 l pro Monat)
