• This is a remote operations role supporting the daily infrastructure behind a U.S. equities brokerage business.
• You will help ensure customer accounts, trades, cash, positions, transfers, and corporate actions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• The role combines hands-on operational execution with reconciliation, exception management, risk awareness, and process improvement.
• You will investigate breaks and operational issues, coordinate resolution across internal and external teams, and maintain strong documentation and controls.
• You will work across Engineering, Product, Trading, Customer Experience, Compliance, Finance, and clearing partners to resolve time-sensitive operational matters.
• The position also offers opportunities to identify recurring problems and introduce practical improvements that reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.
