Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Kontrolle und Erfassung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Unterstützung beim Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Allgemeine buchhalterische Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei monatlichen Meldungen
  • Kontakt mit Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Buchhaltung unseres Online-Shops Schweiz
  • Mithilfe bei Intrastat- und Statistik-Austria-Meldungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Buchhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • BMD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Genauigkeit und Zahlenverständnis
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verlässlichkeit und Teamgeist
  • Deine Bezahlung
  • € 2.251 brutto/Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden) lt. KV Handel, Beschäftigungsgruppe C, 1.- 3Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
  • STIFTUNG MÖGLICH: Eine Förderung über eine Stiftung ist bei entsprechender Voraussetzung möglich.
