  • *Wir sind ein 2008 gegründetes etabliertes mittelständiges Unternehmen im Bereich Kabel-, Elektromontage und Tiefbau mit 30 Mitarbeitern.*
  • *Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n erfahrene/n Buchhalter/in m/w/d.*

Ihre Aufgaben 

  • eigenverantwortliche Führung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen
  • Erstellen der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse
  • Übernahme projektbezogener Kosten in Nachkalkulation
  • Erstellen des Ausgangsrechnungen  
  • Aufbereitung der Unterlagen für die Lohnabrechnung

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachangestellte/r, Bürokauffrau/-mann) idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter/in
  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (DATEV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
